Training on the ISRA Program will be held on Monday, January 29, 2018, from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM (check-in at 8:30 AM) in the DEP Public Hearing Room, 401 E. State Street, Trenton.

Program Description:
The program will cover many regulatory aspects of conducting remediation of sites subject to the Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) including applicability determinations, understanding ISRA triggers, learning about alternative compliance options, and a review of common errors and practical applications that illustrate the pitfalls and complications that can arise during the remediation of ISRA subject sites. Technical aspects of remediating ISRA sites will not be covered in this training.

Continuing Education Credits (CECs):
ISRA – What Every Practitioner Needs to Know provided by DEP SRWMP Training Committee is approved for 2.5 Regulatory CECs.  Course Number 2018-004. 

Upon successful completion of the class, you will be emailed a link where you can request a certificate, showing you earned LSRP continuing education credit for this course.  If you choose to request a certificate, there is a $25 certificate fee to cover administrative costs, paid online (at the LSRPA website) at the time of your certificate request.  You will have a limited number of days to complete the certificate request, and once that is done, you will be emailed a PDF certificate within about 1 week.

Presentation Materials:
The slides and resulting audio will be posted on the DEP training web page shortly after the presentation for future reference.
