This event is in parternship with Bressler Amery and Ross , and this partnership results in CLE's for our attorney members and colleagues! NJ CLEs (Continuing Legal Education) Credits will be available for the first time for this course!

The complex administrative and regulatory components associated with a commingled plume investigation and remediation will also be discussed in detail by experienced instructors that include an environmental attorney, former regulators currently in practice as LSRPs and investigators at large remediation sites.  A member of the LSRPA Sounding Board, a group that regularly fields questions from member LSRPs to help them on project-specific issues is also an instructor.

Active classroom participation and case studies that illustrate a variety of real life scenarios will provide an opportunity for discussion and Q & A with attendees will serve as an integral part of the learning for the course.
