Many current and former defense sites have large groundwater plumes underneath critical infrastructure.  Historically, this has limited the ability to adequately distribute amendments to help achieve remediation goals. On April 27th, experts from three private industry firms will discuss recent experiences in deploying innovative technologies on large groundwater plumes under active facilities and on military facilities. Topics will feature new developments related to horizontal wells and hydraulic fracture propagation to create long-term solutions for large groundwater plumes.
