Community Streams Clean-up Event 

Bring your Family and Friends and Join SWEP of Greater Philadelphia in an Earth Day Stream Cleanup Outreach Event with the Crum Creek Watershed for their 20th Annual Stream Cleanup Event.

In 2016, the 19th Annual CRC Streams Cleanup had record-setting volunteer participation, outstanding sponsorship support, and over 7 tons of trash was removed from the streams!  


The cumulative amount of trash removed during the last 19 Streams Cleanup events has been nearly 620,000 pounds! 

Please join us in representing SWEP of Greater Philadelphia and help us make a difference in making the 2017 Stream Clean-up another record breaking year.

If you would like to participate with other SWEP members, please register for Stream Cleanup site #350 - Smedley Park, otherwise please feel free to register at any location that best suits your geographic location and level of interest. In section 5 of the registration, please list SWEP of Greater Philadelphia as the associated group name.

Explore the impact of water pollution through imaginative play - Sharing in the creative expression of children's thoughts on water - Taking photos with your friends in our nature-themed photo booth.
